I love this outfit! The effect of the tank and skirt made people think it was a dress. This skirt has a lot of personality, and we have had a difficult relationship. I purchased it on sale at Forever 21 with a broken zipper, but I figured it’d be worth it since there was also a Buy One Get One Free with all sale items. Typically I would not buy a piece if it is going to cost me more in the long run, but I thought this was too good to pass up. I had the zipper fixed one, and it broke, then again with a different tailor and as I was trying it on it was stuck on me and it broke again. I almost lost hope, but I figured if it broke after 3 times maybe I should stop putting any more effort into it. I finally took it to an amazing tailor, and explained my love-hate relationship with this skirt, and now it is perfect! I will definitely be wearing it again since it seems like this skirt and I are meant to be!
