Today’s outfit is actually from Monday and posting it today makes me wonder where the week went. I am wearing a Diane von Furstenberg Top I found using a clothing site/App called thredUP. I downloaded the App in November, but started using it in March. I’ve primarily used it to shop, but you can also sell excellent quality clothing using their buying service. I was pretty addicted because it was like thrift store shopping made easy, but I had to scale back my shopping. If you check it out let me know if you find any amazing deals. This top was kind of a steal and I love the color and long sash. You never know what you’ll find when you check out the app. (It is also great for baby and kids clothes if you want to sell clothing or buy like new pieces at half the cost.)
I styled my +DVF top with shiny black pants and equally shiny accessories. I love my Marc by Marc Jacobs watch in rose gold and cannot stop myself from wearing it with everything. I was pretty excited to be wearing my J.Crew necklace today since it is one of the first pieces of jewelry I’ve purchased from there. I also have a pair of earrings I bought that I hope to debut on the blog soon. If you stopped by on Wednesday you’ll notice that my blue suede heels and JustFAB! bag on are on repeat. Usually when I like something I tend to avoid wearing it because I don’t want it to be ruined, but lately I’ve been letting go of that notion. I buy pretty clothes, but I should also wear them.

Orange Dress Diane von Furstenberg | Neutral Ruffle Trench elevenses | Metallic Heels Manolo Blahnik | Gold Ring Forever 21 |  Voyager Satchel Just FAB! | Green Flower Statement Necklace unknown (found via Poshmark)Today’s outfit features a beautiful orange +Diane von Furstenberg  orange dress I scored on eBay and a contrasting green necklace I found on +Poshmark . The dress is one of few both Armando and I both like. He is definitely a fan of the wrap dresses on me, but the shape of this dress is also pretty flattering. I stuck to a neutral palette for this look and while I am wearing it in the Spring/Summer, I also would wear this in the Fall. I feel most of my DVF pieces work regardless of the season, and this dress is no exception.

Today’s DVF post features a colorful twist on leopard print. As I’ve expanded my collection of wrap dresses, I have learned that the different names each dress is given indicates the style of the dress. The “Judy” wrap dress has a built in waistband similar to the original wrap dresses. I own two in this style, but I am a bigger fan of the New Jeanne wrap dress. That being said, the Judy style wrap dress is a close second. 
I adore this fun print, especially because it has my favorite colors of green and blue. The blue is kind of subtle, so I wanted to bring it out with my heels (and because I love to match!) I’ve seen this same dress in a pink/red combo, which I love, but it might be crazy buying the same print in a different color. (Even though I have been known to do that.) The Kate Spade pen necklace makes another appearance, and I will admit sometimes I forget it is a pen. Today at a meeting I was freaking out internally that I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have a pen at least. Then I remembered my necklace and I loved it even more in that instant because it was fashionable and functional.

Red and Black Jeanne Wrap Dress Diane von Furstenberg | Black Legacy Bag c/o JustFAB! Today’s post features another wrap dress. The biggest difference between my wrap dresses is noticed in my sleeve’s length/style. Longer sleeves are perfect to wear on warmer days so I don’t need a jacket. This particular dress is one I found on eBay.  Surprisingly I have found a lot of items on eBay, but I don’t often share what I buy on their. It can be a hit or miss sometimes and one bad experience can make you weary of buying anything else. This one is from my early days on eBay and I bid on it because of the interesting print. I like how red looks on me and even more so when it is in a flattering silhouette. 
The shoes are also a find on eBay, and they were a steal! I should wear them more often, but I won’t wear open-toe shoes unless I’ve had a pedicure. I think the biggest reason I am not on eBay shopping as much as I used to is because of the lack of room I have for any new clothing. I’ve also invested in some good pieces, so I don’t need to be bidding on other items all the time. I styled this dress again with my Kate Spade Necklace and Marc by Marc Jacobs watch, showing I can reuse pieces I’ve splurged on.
