Rain Jacket

Flower Print Nylon Jacket Rodarte for Target, Pink Bow Headband, Flower Ring, and  Jeans Forever 21, Pink Sweater top Trouve, Pink Suede Kaylee Boots Steve Madden
Happy Sunday Everyone! This is actually my outfit from Saturday,   I wore all black today since I was going to be riding BART home.

As you can see, I have a cute furry guest in my photos. This is Bella and she is my sister’s puppy. She had come down with a cold last weekend and during that photo shoot she was lying down, but this weekend she had her energy back and was running around chasing the leaves. Holding her was the only we we could get my photo of my outfit without a blur of white running around. I noticed my ring is missing a stone now, probably because of Bella, but that will be an easy fix! Isn’t she the most adorable Westie you have ever seen?
The sun came out for a bit Saturday, but it was foggy for most of the day. I don’t know how I feel about the rain coming this week, but this rain jacket is actually very thin so perfect for a foggy day- not so much for heavy rain. I love the kimono inspired print and I snagged this beautiful jacket on eBay. Its great not only to find an item you might have missed out on (especially for Target or H&M collaborations), but also as a way of recycling clothes!

Teal Dress

Teal Dress, Necklace, and Ring Forever 21 | Metallic Gold Peep-Toe Flats Christian Louboutin | Bag UnknownTGIF! Today it was really muggy and cold, but Thursday was unusually warm. This is my Thursday outfit and it is fitting I post this instead of my Friday outfit because I dressed in my Cal Gear for the Big Game Rally tonight!
I wanted a simple look with this dress which called for minimal jewelry and hair up in a bun. I have worn the dress before here, and I like both looks equally. This is a classic cut dress and can be worn multiple ways. It really suited the weather today and I felt very nice and cool walking out to lunch.
Hope you had a fabulous Friday and have a wonderful weekend planned!
And of course, lets cheer Cal on to win the Ax back from Stanford tomorrow! Go Bears! Brandy| BLOGLOVIN | FACEBOOK |  INSTAGRAM |TUMBLR | TWITTER |

Breast Cancer Awareness

Floral Print Dress LC Lauren Conrad, Raspberry Pink Cardigan and Pink Bow Forever 21, Panda Charm Necklace  Betsey Johnson, Sunglasses Emporio Armani , Pink Studded Flats Sam Edelman, Bag Unknown
Dusty Rose Pink.
That would have been another title to this blog post, but because it is Pink October and I wore a mostly pink outfit, I decided to dedicate this post to raise awareness and encourage everyone to do what they can for Breast Cancer research. No endorsement received from anyone for saying that, but just my way of promoting a good cause.
Wednesdays are also typically my girly days, and I wanted to look feminine and still feel comfortable on an unusually warm day. Dressing up and going to class was actually possible! I cannot get enough of my Sam Edelman Pink Beatrix flats! I have one in almost every color, and they are some of the most comfortable flats! Love that these pink ones are sweet, but the spikes add some edge. Also liking these Armani sunglasses. Not my usual choice because I prefer hiding behind my sunglasses, but I like how its reflective look goes with the rest of my outfit.

My Wednesdays post will always be late because of my late class, but hope you enjoy the outfit!

Lace Overlay Dress

Velvet Blazer Erin Fetherston for Target | Metallic Nude and Black Lace “Pomdor” Dress Diane Von Furstenberg  (here) |  Black Patent Bow Belt Forever 21 | Seahorse Ring Crossroads Trading Co. | Metallic Gold Peep-toe with Ruffle Flats Steve MaddenAnother one of my eBay scores –  This dress!
There is just so much to say about it! It is Diane von Furstenberg, Metallic, Lace-Overlay, Removable Velvet Straps, Slight Asymmetrical Hem Line, and Gorgeous!
I love how it just exudes Fall and the change of the season.  I just can’t decide what exactly to call it. It is not quite a summer dress because of the material, but the blazer made it office appropriate. Of course I added my trusty Seahorse double-ring that has a similar color tone to match the dress.
I cannot wait to wear this lovely number again. I could dress this up more with either my trusty Steve Madden pumps (in either black or nude) and piling my hair into a bun. That is a sign that was a great purchase. If you want to wear something again before you’ve even removed it, it is definitely a keeper.

Rosettes

Black Cardigan and Studded Belt Forever 21 | Black and Pink Rose Dress Marc Jacobs | Black Patent Ulltra Pumps Steve MaddenHere is another one of my finds from Crossroads Trading Co!
It is a lovely pink and black rose print dress by Marc Jacobs. The bottom has a bubble hem and I find the overall fit very feminine. The studded belt provides some edge to this otherwise sweet dress. I’d like to wear this again already with a high bun and a statement cuff! I was told it was featured in a magazine when I purchased it. It’s pretty fun
Hope you had a good Monday!

Bow Sweater

Grey Knit Top Worthington | All Bracelets and Black Tutu Skirt Forever 21 | Short Suede Black Boots Steve MaddenThis is my first attempt at stacking bangles together. I am always pinning different photos of arm candy stacked on top of each other onto my “Inspiration” board, and never knew the best way to make different bangles work. This is my first attempt to it, but with not too much originality.
The bangles wrapped in a bow are one set of bracelets, and the tulle covered ones are from another set. I took cues from my outfit of the black bow and tulle and mixed the two sets together, by essentially sandwiching them. Someday I will get it right on my own, but until thin I hope you enjoy this arm candy and the outfit!
Hope you had a great weekend! =]
