Once again I wear my heart print cardigan and paired with with black pants and a black top expecting a cold day. It turned out to be warmer than I expected, and I missed out on wearing a cute spring outfit. 
I am glad I was able to rework the cardigan and necklace differently from my previous post with it, and I must admit I really love how the black and gold look with this cardigan.
Last cake decorating class yesterday. My sister and I have now completed the Wilton Cake Decorating Course 1. Our final cakes are posted on our Facebook page Pandycakes.

Music Festival Look

Who would have thought I would have made it this far?  I am very happy with how my blog has developed, and I feel that it is heading in the right direction.
Today’s outfit is inspired by the bohemian look prominent at music festivals. I think of suede, feathers, and fringe! 
Sad to see the weekend end, but excited for what is to come this week!

Thigh High Boots

Layering was a good idea since  it was cold in the morning, but warmed up in the afternoon.
I love this top, and it shows since I have worn it before. I love the “passport” stamp detail.
Work was awesome today, and I am excited to now be part of the video production team. If I keep it up, maybe it will become a permanent position!

Tiger Eyes

Not just because I am wearing a DVF wrap dress I actually thrifted (yes, this beauty was found at a thrift store), but because I kicked butt with the presentation I had at work that I collaborated with the Director of our office.
Needless to say, not only did it feel good rocking a designer dress I did not pay much for,  but I felt proud of the work I did and the positive feedback I received for it.
Now not only do I look good in terms of the way I dress, but I am also looking good in the eyes of my boss as a valuable team member.
If only work was always this easy. Oh well, at least shopping is.

High Collar

It has been an interesting day, and all because I am finally working on more projects for the Director of our office. I realized today how much I would love to have a job where I can be creative, contribute ideas, and be able to just create things that are worthwhile. My work today did not feel like work, and I felt I could work on the photos and Powerpoint for hours. 
I read recently on a forum for recent college grads about the 3 choices one can make after finishing school. One is to work right away and work on your passion on the side until it takes off, the second is to dive all in with whatever savings you have and see where your passion can take you. The third of course is to just work in a career and not worry if it is your passion, and unfortunately that is usually the case in order to have financial stability. 
I feel like I am doing option 1 at the moment by not only working on my blog (which I could also spend hours on), but also by learning the basics of decorating cakes.  Some days I want to be a reporter for a fashion magazine, the next a stylist, and then an amazing pastry chef. 
As long as I keep at it, I’m sure it is only a matter of time before I figure out what I really want to do.
